Welcome to Ecom Heads. By subscribing to our store onboarding, dropshipping automation, Amazon mentoring, or custom services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Service Scope
Ecom Heads provides operational management, product research, order processing, and account health monitoring support under managed plans. While we implement strict risk mitigation processes, marketplace seller accounts are subject to external marketplace policies. You agree that Ecom Heads is not liable for account health fluctuations or administrative holds triggered by marketplace algorithm updates.
2. Profit Share Auditing
Profit-share billing (10% for Growth, 8% for Premium) is calculated monthly based on cleared net profit statistics (Gross Payout minus supplier costs, shipping costs, and marketplace platform fees). Statements are audited transparently and shared prior to invoicing. Subscriptions are billed on a 30-day recurring calendar.
3. Order Capital SLA
You are solely responsible for maintaining sufficient order capital (via credit cards or cash reserve) to process customer purchases. Ecom Heads is not liable for listing suspensions, late shipment metrics, or order cancellations caused by insufficient capital reserves.
