2. Store Account Security
For our Growth and Premium Managed plans, we require administrative access to your marketplace seller portals (eBay/Walmart). This information is encrypted, restricted to authorized operations managers, and never shared with external developers or third-party sourcing integrations.
3. Payout & Financial PII
Ecom Heads does not store or modify your marketplace payout methods or bank routing codes. You retain 100% control over cleared store balances. Payouts are routed directly from the marketplace portal (Payoneer/Hyperwallet) to your registered bank account.
